New budget module for Twinfield
You may have heard about the new budget module for Twinfield. Here’s a quick run down:
✅ You’ll be able to create budgets with non-financial data
✅ The new module includes RestAPIs
✅ The migration will happen automatically (for the most part)
There is no Twincube for this, but you can link to budgets with an API. The supporting documentation and help articles are currently being worked on with more details to come in Twinfield community!
What does this update mean if you use Twinfield?
Using this new feature could provide a more detailed overview of budgets with the inclusion of non-financial data.
App of the month
This month, we wanted to highlight Xledger.

New development
We’ve been keeping an eye on Socket, made by the early development team from Xavier Analytics (now Dext Prepare). The software aims to help accountants minimise scope creep and streamline the proposal process. There isn’t a planned release date, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye on the development as it grows!
