What is Hypercare?
After Go-Live there is inevitably a period of adjustment to new processes and ways of working. During this period we create a prioritisation of your support tickets and needs so that we can respond to any challenges immediately. You decide how long this period is and we'll make sure this is managed appropriately on our side.
