We may have a number of reports and certainly some ideas around the type of reports you would want based on other clients and the data we collect. But we would also as a minimum look to replicate what you already have. You can supply us with Management Accounts or Reporting packs and we will get to work. It is then an iterative process to keep evolving and unlocking new insights.

Nope, you can have as many reports as you like and this doesn't affect your fee. Our fees when it comes to Analytics and Reporting will be based on the level of value we are providing.

Typically we will look at the technology piece first and what integrations are required. These would be built and tested as part of a project with an associated project fee. Once we are happy with the data and have generated accurate reports so all is working as intended, we will then look into and turn on any accounting automation if applicable.

Typically not. It is possible but often not recommended. The cloud is where we see all development and eventually where we believe everyone will be. So we look to use the opportunity to upgrade all systems and set you up for an optimised future.

As long as the data is available we can use it. We can create unlimited KPI's so our only challenge is to get access to your data to add in any Non-Financial KPI's you want to track. If available we will provide it..
