  • Sales and Scoping

    Lets make sure we are the right fit from the start. We know where our solutions work well and rarely when we should recommend alternatives. Throughout the Sales and Scoping process we will work through your detailed requirements and plan appropriate demonstrations to ensure we select the right system together.

  • Implementation Project

    Now the fun really starts! We are into the part where we start to build your new system and make sure you have the training to feel comfortable in your new and improved normal. We will go deep into the detail to ensure no elements of the scope are forgotten and that all elements are tried and tested before Go-Live.

  • Hypercare and Support

    The initial period after Go-Live is critical to the success of the project. with new processes to bed in and often a number of stakeholders involved it is essential to monitor initial uptake and ensure that things progress smoothly. That's why we provide an initial period called Hypercare where we provide on-demand priority dedicated support when you need it most.

  • Customer Success

    Once all is well, the project is completed and signed off, you will be handed over to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will stay in regular contact with you to ensure all continues to work well or stay up to date if new items crop up so we are there to assist you. You'll also be kept up to date with any new functionality releases and improvements so you're always one step ahead..

    After selecting the systems for you, we will manage the full scope of the project, taking accountability for the successful delivery of the desired outcome.

    We'll go through the design and reaffirm the full scoping to ensure all elements are captured from the outset.

    Based on your definition, we'll go away and configure the system accordingly. We organise specific workshops to ensure we collect all the necessary detail.

  • 3. Training

    We'll make sure whatever we build is clearly understood and you are able to operate it with ease going forward.

  • 4. Test & Review

    We'll issue testing logs for you to complete and register any bugs. All items are included as part of a continuous feedback loop.
