Yes, we do not get paid to plant or promote any software. We make no special deals and truly don’t mind if you pick one solution over another.
We only provide accounting systems which means we live and breathe it. We don’t do audits, tax or anything else. This means we are completely dedicated to learning our solutions inside out.
Honestly, no. We cant build nor do we want to buld every single integration possible. But what we do have is a lot of options and partners we work with who have ways to make things happen. There has to be some commercial sense and reason to build something but due to the unique way we cover all the required functionality this often helps to create enough reason to build something. This is also how we can make things cost effective by only building what makes sense.
We don’t build things that would be classed as software. We have built some tools to help with individual tasks but this is rare. The value of our service is finding and helping you use the best-in-class softwares on the market.
Most of the systems we provide are highly configurable, rather than built. This ultimately means you are not susceptible to problems caused by updates as everyone is using the same version of the software.
Yes, things in Business will change and as a result Integrations often need some form of maintenance. We will own this problem which many providers neglect or don’t want to own.
An integration is not a way of managing data via excel mapping, downloads or uploads. When we say Integration, we mean a systematic way where data is transferred from A to B, with no human input required.
Typically we will use 3 different types of integration depending on the business case. API Integrations, sFTP or email to sFTP. They all have their own strengths and weaknesses but in their own right will fully automate accounting postings.
No, not in this instance. When we say customisation we mean selecting the right set of systems for you. I.e. it’s not a one size fits all approach. Therefore we are still charging retail prices for the applications. We are just tailoring the systems we select to the individual business needs.
