Yes! Your portal will be designed to match your firm’s branding. You can then just add a button on your website to deploy with your staff and clients.

Our portal charges are based on 2 different types of user. A user is either an internal staff member (i.e. works for your practice) or a client user. Charges are then applied on a per user basis.

For staff members typically we see the price is £5 per user as this is the most popular package. But there are options for a unbranded portal for £4 per staff user or £6 per user if you wish to connect the portal to your Azure Active Directory. There is a minimum charge for 10 staff users.

If you add a client user, the fee is £1.50 per user added on top of your staff user fees.

Yes, you most certainly can. The price increases slightly when you do this as we are providing a more advanced security solution. This process will ensure staff users are deleted as soon as you remove them from your Active Directory. Once removed from the portal you can then ensure they are also removed from all “Child” Apps. If you have set their passwords to these systems on their behalf then they are automatically locked out of all systems.

You can easily raise requests for new systems to be added to the SSO in the Portal. The team will then get right onto looking into this for you.

There are a several different scheduling options available. Typically we see clients schedule reminders to be sent daily or weekly, depending on how much they want to nag their clients.
