We are a full Value Add Reseller for Iplicit. We are perfectly placed to implement, train and support in this new project. As trained accountants we have a core understanding of your ambitions when embarking on new finance system projects.
Often implementations focus on the Accounting. Reporting items and dashboards often follow a little later. We'll work with you to ensure these are delivered and operational staff are trained on how to get the most from reports going forward.
Often Businesses need a little help around integrations to ensure they are working and delivered in line with your original goals. Our experienced consultants are here to make sure these ambitions are achieved and the correct monitoring processes are in place.
Bigger systems often means more admin. User management and access controls is a time-drain on finance alongside dealing with password resets and all manner of small queries. We'll take this off your hands so you can focus on the value add.

With a system of this size you will need someone to act as a Systems Accountant or administrator. Someone who is willing to take on the nitty gritty or looking at user queries. There would need to be a systems expert who will be able to understand the detail from a technology perspective. This is something we can help with if you don’t have someone like this in your organisation or this person needs additional support.
Typically we would see an iplicit integration project lasting a period of at least 3 months. There can be other factors involved such as resourcing or annual leave which can adjust this. But from start to finish with no interruptions, this is what we would tend to expect.
